Every thing’s existence is highly connected with its history. Prodia the CRO, as a leading CRO in Indonesia, has a history of growth and development following the dynamic of clinical trial ecosystem in Indonesia.
PT Prodia Widyahusada (Prodia Laboratory) created a dedicated research lab which contributes in local researches conducted by instutions or doctors, mostly for educational purpose.
1991Prodia Laboratory established a Central Lab, which is specifically supporting laboratory assessments for local clinical trials.
1997Seeing the demand of clinical trial keeps counting up, Prodia Group decided to establish a spin-off company to provide clinical trial services dedicatedly. This year, PT Prodia Diacro Laboratories (Prodia the CRO) was established.
2008Prodia Laboratory became the first and only clinical laboratory in Indonesia to receive accreditation from the College of American Pathologists ("CAP").
2012Considering that Indonesia is lacking qualified sites, and to make positive contribution to the country, Prodia the CRO established a specific division, which is SMO (Site Management Organization). It mainly aims to assist with capacity building of potensial sites (hospitals) accross Indonesia, and helps the Study team to increase their qualification through GCP training and certification.
2014Prodia the CRO acquired a private laboratory which has been experienced in doing assessments related to consumer products. It became a specific division, CPCA (Consumer Product Clinical Assessment) which now dedicatedly deliver services for the research of consumer products.
2020PT Prodia Diacro Laboratories becomes the leading CRO in Indonesia with hundreds of clinical trial experience and customers, some clinical trial units in hospitals developed, and thousands of investigators GCP-certified.
