Catabasis begins clinical trial on CAT-1004 drug candidte

Catabasis Pharmaceuticals has commenced the phase 1 clinical trial for its product candidate CAT-1004 to treat patients with type 2 diabetes. CAT-1004, a chemical entity, is a conjugate of the essential omega-3 fatty acid docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and salicylate.
